Arrival at Sahastradhara at 05:00 Hrs
Reach Kedarnath Helipad at 05:30 Hrs
Passengers are required to report at Sahastradhara Helidrome in the early morning hours. The confirmed reporting time will be shared one day prior to the yatra date. The helicopter is scheduled to depart around 05:00 hrs, with an estimated arrival in the Kedarnath sector by approximately 05:30 hrs, subject to operational clearance. In the event of any rescheduling due to weather conditions, NOTAM restrictions, or air traffic permissions, passengers will be informed in advance and advised accordingly regarding their reporting time. After landing at the Sirsi / Phata / Guptkashi helipad, a holding time of around 1 to 1.5 hours may be applicable depending on flight rotation. During this period, our on-ground coordination team will provide full assistance. Passengers will then be guided for a short shuttle flight from Sirsi / Phata / Guptkashi to Kedarnath Dham, which takes approximately 5–7 minutes. The Kedarnath helipad is located at a walking distance of about 500 meters from the temple. Pilgrims will be facilitated with VIP darshan at Kedarnath Temple and will be allowed to remain near the temple premises for up to 2 hours, ensuring sufficient time for darshan and related rituals. After completing the darshan, guests are requested to return to the helipad for their flight back to Sirsi / Phata / Guptkashi. Post arrival at Sirsi / Phata / Guptkashi, the onward helicopter journey towards Badrinath Dham is planned around 10:30 hrs (approx.), subject to weather and operational feasibility.

Reach Badrinath Helidrome at 11:00 Hrs
The helicopter is scheduled to depart from Sirsi/Phata/Guptkashi Helidrome at approximately 10:30 hrs, with an expected arrival at Badrinath Helidrome by around 11:00 hrs. Upon reaching Badrinath, pilgrims will be transferred by car to the Badrinath Temple for darshan. VIP darshan arrangements will be facilitated, allowing guests to spend approximately 1 to 2 hours at the temple for prayers and rituals. After completion of darshan, pilgrims will be escorted back to the Badrinath Helipad for their return flight.

Reach Sahastradhara Helipad at 14:00 Hrs
The return helicopter from Badrinath Helidrome is scheduled around 13:00 hrs, with an estimated arrival at Sahastradhara Helipad by approximately 14:00 hrs. Upon arrival, our ground support team will assist passengers with a smooth conclusion of the yatra and onward departure for their journey back home.
