Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels. Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy outlined below. The applicable cancellation charges will be calculated on the total booking amount.

Cancellation Charges

  • 10% of the total booking amount after booking confirmation

  • 20% if cancellation is made 29–20 days before departure

  • 25% if cancellation is made 19–14 days before departure

  • 40% if cancellation is made 13–08 days before departure

  • 100% if cancellation is made 07–00 days before departure or in case of No Show

Important Note

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on banks or payment gateways.
  • Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions, aviation regulations, and operational constraints. Any refund in such cases will be governed by the respective operator’s policy.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or voluntary trip cancellations by the customer.
  • Government taxes, convenience fees, or third-party service charges (if any) may be non-refundable.
  •
